It is very interesting that I counted roughly five (5) youngster in this video wearing safety equipment (i.e, helmet, knee pads, etc.). Unless the City of Midvale has a disclaimer to the entrance of this skate board park, their city attorney will be kept busy with the numerous liability claims from accidents resulting from this park.

There are numerous public skateparks across the state similar to this one. Skaters know they come and skate at their own risk. The city isn't legally liable for any injury sustained within the park. Besides, if anybody is skating outside their skill level and they get banged up, they know it's their own fault. To try and take a case like that to court is about as effective as blaming a ski resort that a tree was in your way when you slammed into it within resort boundaries. It's all good, dude.
