I think the only person that should be appointed is Mark Sumsion. Mark came in second in the balloting before and he would make a great councilman.

I strongly feel that a person who ran city wide and only lost by 500 votes in the last election should be appointed. He had the faith of most of the city. This is a city wide seat that is being replaced.

I hope the remaining city council members will post who has applied somewhere and let their constituent give them feedback on who they select. Make the process as public as possible.
