'Wielded' machetes | 1:10 a.m. Nov. 6, 2008
Dick, I wish TCU had yielded machetes. They "wielded" machetes and carved the Y up like a Thanksgiving turkey.

They will do the same to Utah. The Utes' run of good luck ends tonight!
Perfect Game | 6:25 a.m. Nov. 6, 2008
I disagree...I don't think Johnson needs a perfect game. He's turned the ball over once in 8 of 9 games...if he goes no more than 1 TO, field position makes up for it. OSU, a pretty dang good football team, turned both of his TOs into quick scores. Miracles were required to overcome that. One TO wouldn't have been as disastrous as two. One TO by Johnson and the Utes can still win this game.

Dick - Please don't write articles about the Utes. It just seems creepy.

We own TCU!! | 7:33 a.m. Nov. 6, 2008
We are 4 and 1 against them soon to be 5 and 1 and everybody knows we should be 6 and 0 against them if it wasnt for some home cookin in TCU. We have the home cookin now!
Ill be there to cheer them on!!! GO UTES!! STANDING ROOM ONLY!!!!
Mourn | 8:35 a.m. Nov. 6, 2008
Keep those black duds so you can mourn the end of your perfect season because you're offense can't get the job done. Oregon State is not a gret team and Utah was very lucky to beat them. Yes, they had a great victory over USC, but that was a major upset. Tonight's TCU win will not be an upset. Like TDS, Utahisoverrated.

Dick Harmon's prediction: TCU 17, Utah 14.

Thanks for your insight...I really value it.

Just one question, are you still predicting BYU in the national championship game like you were earlier this year???????

Must be tough having to write about a team the went from national media darling to MWC insignificance so quickly. Here's an idea for your next article. I ate some ice cream last week...some of that "Cougar Craze" stuff. It was pretty soft in the middle. Maybe you could compare the Cougar Craze ice cream to BYU's defense.....just trying to help.
Tribefan | 10:18 a.m. Nov. 6, 2008
Harmon may be writing about the Utes but his TDS bias is still apparent. I can understand though, BYU's game this week is insignificant by comparison.
Keep up the goo work Dick the Cougarz need you. The Utes don't.
re: "not" Perfect | 10:53 a.m. Nov. 6, 2008
Brian Johnson has given up 8 interceptions and 4 fumbles this season, that's 12 of Utah's 16 turnovers this season, or -1.33 t/o per game, which would rank him 115th worst in the country if he was a team.

-2 in turnovers vs TCU = 10 point loss

The Utes will get beat soundly.
TCU will win | 11:40 a.m. Nov. 6, 2008
This year, TCU is just plain better than Utah.
TCU will win and go to the BCS over Boise.

TCU 24 - Utah 16

Your loss to TCU was about you being a pretender this year not about TCU being awesome. Tcu is a high quality team but very beatable away from home, at elevation and playing in 38 degree weather at kickoff. This game will come down to field position just like it did in 2005. I personally like our chances with Sakoda not to mention Dalton still has nightmares about his game against the U last year.
TucsonUte | 1:49 p.m. Nov. 6, 2008
Amazing DH you somehow didn't mention Michigan in this article. Even if Harmon's prediction is true at least the Utes won't rollover like the mighty Y did against TCU.
Dick No U | 2:57 p.m. Nov. 6, 2008
Dick - please don't write about the U - stay in Happy Valley - hang out with your buddy My Little Pony - I mean Bronco - there is definitely something creepy about you writing about Utah. Utah won't play the patsy that the Y did - expect a brawl!
Cry more..... | 4:05 p.m. Nov. 6, 2008
Utah fans. You only wish you had someone as insightful as Mr Harmon covering your team.

TCU 53 Utah -4
Utes by 5 | 5:08 p.m. Nov. 6, 2008
It won't be easy, but I see Utah slipping by TCU tonight, with one major caveat: Brian Johnson better not self-destruct with fumbles/interceptions. If Johnson commits no more than 1 turnover, the Utes win.

"TCU 17, UTAH 14:"

Hmm ... I guess you got this one wrong?

Utah 13, TCU 10

Oh well, no one's perfect. Better stick to predicting the outcome of the BYU games. I'll be looking for them in the National Championship game.
