Keep them in jail, where they belong. No bail, no education, nothing. Let them sit there a long long time and think about how they murdered a 7 year old child. No breaks for the punks!

The little girl they (allegedly) killed has no education rights, no family rights, no social aspects. The teens made the choice to kill someone and that has consesequences. Those ramifacations happen to be jail right now. No sympathy.

Why should these gang members be treated differently than any other thug. They all committed adult crimes (alledgedly, because they haven't had their day in court yet), so should be held just like any other adult that commits a like offense.

Because of the efforts of law enforcement, there are now three fewer gang-bangers on the street.

It has long been said "If you don't have the time, don't commit the crime".

Why waste money "educating" and/or "socializing" either of them? They murdered a little girl...they are being charged as adults...and they are going to be in prison a very long time! IF it looks like they will ever get out, THEN is the time to consider educating them. In the meantime, it would just be waste of the taxpayer's dollars!

And as for being held in adult conditions, too darn bad. They should have thought about that before they murdered that child. I only make one exception to that...they are 16...and they aren't a match for other predatory adults...so they should be held separately BUT treated the same until their 18th birthday...and then toss them in with the regular prison population!
