I think to often we dwell upon the toughts of enduring to the end as a marathon race that we just need to finish in order to win. I like the added understanding that we get from D&C 121:8 where it says, "And then, if thou endure it well, God shall exalt thee on high; thou shalt triumph over all thy foes." We not only have to endure to the end, but we must endure it well. I think this means we should find joy in gospel service during all the times of our life, including and especially during the times of trials.
