As a working retail Pharmacist, I would have much trouble filling a prescription for an un-named patient. To much legal liablity. I think I would send it back or let some other pharmacy take the risk. One allergic reaction and the lawsuits could wipe a store out.

I was there during the interim committee meeting - it's not an un-named patient to you - it's the partner of a Dr's patient, with a script written out with that partner's name and info. no one would be handing you a blank prescription.
