Manning is right: any big soccer event played in this state should be played at Rio Tinto Stadium. Particularly when it comes to high school athletics, how better to reward our local soccer players than with a chance to compete for titles in a world class soccer stadium? What an amazing opportunity that would be for those youth!

I wish they would've had the stadium up 2 years ago so i could've won my state championship there and not at Juan Diego.

They let us "mess up" their field....its our turn to make money on the other less fortunate sports.
Each even we host = more money in the teams pockets.

To all you soccer lovers that hate football, the football game is going to be played no matter how much you can't stand it.
It will more than likely be national championship title game for the Snow Badgers, it is going to be fun.
