Two problems with this case and the reporting of it. The legal word and the common usage of the word sodomy differ greatly. Oral sex is included in the legal verbiage of sodomy when the public generally thinks of sodomy as anal intercourse. Why can't the law and reports use language that is not prejudicial against the accused?
Second problem. Why did the teenager keep going to see the guy "for nearly five months every Friday and Saturday" if he didn't want to? Is it possible the "victim" had a change of heart or was found out and to protect his manhood, made up the story?
The guy that was arrested should be innocent until proven guilty. After all there are substantial cases where it is found that the teenager lied to satisfy his parents and or the police.
If it is proven that the teenager was truly forced into doing something he didn't want to do, then the perpetrator should be severely punished.

Parents need to wake up. There was no need to spend the night with his boss just because of an early morning job. A man wanted to take my son out on the job with him all day so he could "show him the ropes." My son would have spent the day with a total stranger with no cell phone service. I said NO. a 14 yr old boy doesn't need this. If something doesn't feel right, have the courage to say no. Don't worry about hurting an adults feelings. Your kids safety is paramount.
