Bountiful is overrated every year!

It is painfully obvious that Bountiful is struggling on offense, and that a lot of blame has been passed on to the O-line, quarterback, etc, etc. But what nobody will admit is that this is the most predictable offense in the state. There is no creativity here, no adjustments to other teams bringing 7 or 8 on every play, no screens, no draws, no short passing game, no attempt to spread out the other defenses. Bountiful has the personnel to be a much better offense. There is still time to change things up a little to keep opposing defenses honest. So adjust to the personnel you have and go get em!

Region 5 is the worst? Region 5 has two teams in the top 5 of 4A (Sky View and Mountain Crest). Thats more than any other region.

No Bountiful is not over rated ever year. Every year they come to play. It takes a good team to beat them and that was Mountain Crest was Friday.

I played with Mountain Crest just a couple of years ago. This is probably the best team since our state championship team. I still don't think they are as good as the 05 team, but they are playing with an intent to win games and get MC back to where they should be.

Mountain Crest will thump Sky View!! Both offenses are great but we have a much better defense. More speed and size. MC 28 SV 14!

Although I would love nothing more than MC to beat SV, I think Sky View is too good for the Mustangs this year. I don't think it will be 28-0 for the cats like it was last year, but I say SV 35 MC 21. Hopefully we can get them in the playoffs, and thump them there. SV is good at choking in the playoffs.

have you seen SV play this year? they have speed a lot of it.and the spread will destroy MC. you can stop the option WOW! try to stop everything! a good running and passing game...

MC did not exactly dominate Bountiful-they took advantage of turnovers and a short field-they only had one decent long pass play on offense, and Bountiful couldn't make their pitch on the option-I wasn't very impressed with their defense-no way they ever stay in the game with SV. SV is a well oiled machine on offense-they will drop 30+ on MC guaranteed!

I see big WR's vs. tiny DB's. I see zero passing game for SV if Carlson can't go. I see MC 28 the kitty kats 14. It's sure nice seeing the future! :)

Mountain Crest has great running backs and some of the states top receivers, and they have the best secondary in the state. Sky View will not be able to move the ball against them.
