There is good reason to not incarcerate people because they may victimize another inmate? Great logic. Keep them on the streets so we can all be victims.

why do you think locking everyone up is going to help ? do you realize the frustations and feelings that go thru the people in there? people are people and some make wrong choices in life but this doesnt mean they are horrible people. The difference between them and you....Is that they got caught and plead guilty. YOU on the other hand didnt get caught yet. stop jugding those you know nothing about, everyone has good in them, and if you could try to see this in them maybe it would be easier to see it in themselves! stop being so jugdemental and especially those of you who are mormons, who are not to judge others, or is that just words you put out on streets. we all have had different up bringings and some tuffer than others. stop and think about the hurt it causes one when they are always put down.

So what was the original charge this man was in jail for????
I think the State Of Utah has some responcibility in this crime
What I have observed in the Box Elder Courts
The Judges are out of line in front of the public.
Just plane hateful
I saw inmates that Box Elder Sheriffs bound the feet of inmates going into and out of the Court Room
The inmates were required to hop, jumping up and down
This is a Civil Rights Violation and the Judge
Ben Hadfield did nothing and said nothing to stop this precedure
As you know, The American people are wanting change
Utah is 100 years behind the times
The State is MILKING the People in the Justice Courts
The Cops are bad news when they actually know the people are getting ripped off with excessive fines
