A couple of weeks ago on one of the food/travel channels a guy named Andrew Zimmern, who has a show about eating bizarre foods visited a restaurant in China that specializes in serving a item the Chinese consider a delicacy: penis's from every animal from a snake to a yak.
Those dishes looked succulent compared to a Phillipine item called Balut: a steamed 18 day old duck egg with a fully formed duck embryo inside.
If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck and has a beak and feathers like a duck it's Balut!
