I paid to have an Ipod fixed last year with IKaput and it never worked afterwards. I got nowhere with the company and didn't report it to the BBB. My guess is that only a small percentage of people actually complain.

Brandon Jones is the owner of iKaput. John Homer no longer is a part of things, so please do not contact him. John is a good man and when he was there, he ran it efficiently and honestly.

I have had nothing to do with iKaput for almost a year now and have no plans to reengage with the business at Brandon Jones request. I have no idea what their business practices are and/or their commitment to their customers. I know when I was there we took customer service very seriously and the company was run profitably, with positive cashflow and a positive bank balance; things have obviously changed and I have no way of accessing or for that matter addressing the companies problems; all communication or interaction of any kind stopped between me and iKaput when Brandon Jones bought the company in the Fall of 2007. I am saddened by the turn of events for Brandon and iKaput and wish him/them the best of luck in turning things around. Thanks, John Homer
