Whats the deal with this Tialavea kid? why is this The first time im hearing about him? I know its only utah state but he must be doing something right. Hopefully i hear more about this kid and i can see what he can really do

The article is a little incorrect. DJ Tialavea had never even put on pads until he was a sophomore. He has always been a baseball player and picks up basketball in that season. As a freshmen, he chose to play baseball in lieu of football. DJ showed what an athlete he is during his first year of learning football as a sophomore. And, yes, anyone will tell you that this kid is one special, good human being. Good luck in this year to WJHS football!
