Coach Huxford is just the person who can help turn CV around. Good luck Falcons.

This is a great opportunity for this program to get back on their feet. Believe it or not, there were days when Canyon View could compete.

canyon view is headed in the right direction, they have been lifting hard all summer for the first time in a long time. all 3 squads had some impressive moments at the suu camp this summer. come out and support the cv falcons, they will do well

Good luck playing Park City for your first game. They have a great team and a great program. That will be a tough one, especially because it's up there.

Good luck Falcon's, you guys have worked your butts off, show everyone what we're made of!

Canyon View has made strides in every aspect in its 10 years of existence. Now they've got to put the pieces together and change the "losers" mindset that has been established at CV. CV has always had potential and its there this year, too, with a group of confident seniors! GO GET 'EM FALCONS! I'll be rooting for you from another continent!!

Sorry folks, but a 50/50 attack in S. Utah HS Football usually equals something like going 3-25 passing and having to punt and get intercepted a lot (doesn't win many games). I've seen it happen over and over and over through the years. Try rushing 75% of the time and throwing out of play action. Its really the only way that works unless you have a once every 10+ year cannon at QB. Was hoping maybe this was the case, but 56-0 at half vs Park City doesn't look too hopeful. Good luck Falcons.

Great…..The Falcons New Air Raid Offense…… punting and throwing picks all night long….. I’m glad I drove clear to Park City for the debut of the flying Circus…..69-7

Coach Huxford may be a good coach but it takes more than a good coach to win football games. Dedication work ethic and support from the community (parents) and players. There have been good coach's there in the past with good and bad season's to show for it. I don't think any coach will make the parent's of cv happy.

From what i've seen, there isn't enough faith in the football team here. the whole falcon community needs to get behind their team if they expect to do anything like winning games, especially here in region 9.

Duh needs to learn what he is talking about in 2000 we went to the state semi finals where we lost three starting players that hurt us i think we would of gone all the way but Coach huxford is a great coach and he is doing a great job were coming out against dixie this week and were going to play a hell of a ball game

I was at the game the other night against Dixie. This cv team has a long way to go to be able to compete at this level. If I remember right the first few years cv was a school they competed pretty well even making the playoffs a few times.
