Are you really suprised to hear about a company from Utah dealing with these kind of issuses? And from Utah County nonetheless!

StoresOnline is a software company. Their software allows someone to sell their products and services online, just as Microsoft Office allows someone to compose a letter or resume.

Curiously, you wouldn't blame Microsoft Word if the book you wrote using their software didn't sell...so why blame StoresOnline if your online store doesn't become the next Amazon?

And it is interesting that they failed to mention that StoresOnline also received the SSPA and Consumer Reports top rating for customer service.
