I agree that more sleep is good. My first two years of working, I was getting up at 5:30, and then spending the rest of the morning trying to wake up and be productive. For many of us it is a hard thing to get more sleep, we feel like we are wasting time. But it is a sign of maturity to not run faster than you have strength, to get your 7-8 hours of sleep, and to then to be super productive during your workday.

      THE REST OF MY LIFE

My new job is to sleep enough,
To keep quiet for eight hours,
To shower my mind clean from grime,
To free my soul from useless stress,
To bless my brain and calm my heart,
To start afresh when morning shines,
To line my thoughts with books of dreams,
To stream my work and words anew.
