Oh please, why don't you say, Whats the cost of gas that is used for all the vehicles used in the parades. Those jets fly every day out of Hill AFB, so should park them for the fourth just to save fuel for that one day ?

I'm glad they get the opportunity to fly over people. Watching them fly is an awesome experience. It's really hard to watch a baseball game in Layton when they are doing their manouvers. Let people see these awesome planes and enjoy the day, maybe they will remember why we have the freedom we have. Happy 4th of July - Let Freedom Ring and thank you to those soldiers who are supporting our country and away from their family! God Bless!

While it does cost us money to have these fly overs, they have to keep flying for training anyway so having them fly over lets us see what we are paying for.

While they fly the are doing training, and the fly overs are justified under community relations fly overs are still one of the best recruiting tools the Air Force and Army have.
