The planning process in SLC must be working and producing a neutral product, because the neighbors don't agree with the decisions and the developers complain daily about what they are forced to do.

The Avenues Council is smart to take this position. If you think the city council can be trusted with planning and development, just take a look at what they continue to do to Sugar House. Thanks for ruining my neighborhood.
