Logic dictates that if the accuser made up the allegations, he would not only lose the election, he'd lose his job. A person would have to be an idiot . . . oh, yeah. He's a politician.

I can't believe that it took this long to realize that an investigation should be done. The political leadership (or lack of leadership as the case may be) seems to be trying to bury this story and the allegation. The Lt Governor refuses to launch an investigation...are you kidding me?
As far as I can see, all of the senior elected officials should be shown the door and escorted out. The vast majority are there to satisfy their psychotic need for power and to have their egos massaged. This is an example of why we need term limits (2) then they get out...It is not a career.
