If convicted, this will put him away for a long time. As he didn't learn from his first time, it should be for life.

I know the DN won't let this past, but a certain surgical procedure would render him incapable of repeating his offenses.

True, but higher courts have prevented the use of that simple surgical procedure. Many learn and become productive citizens. This one did not. I agree, he should probably never see the outside of the state prison again.

I see your comments did get printed, and while I agree, rape isn't a crime of passion, but of control, so after the surgical procedure, it would come out in another way. Not by any means condoning it. I would be in favor of performing the procedure myself with a dull knife if anyone I loved were a victim of a rape.

This is a case of a preditator using a website to find his victims -- A means that is being challenged by another preditator (registered sex offender). They'll do whatever they can to find another victim, and unfortunately, these young girls think they're wonderful and exciting, and that it's so special someone "older" finds them so appealing.

Parents, you need to watch what your kids are doing on the internet. My daughter was victim of one of these guy's when she was younger and I'm just finding out about it after statute of limitations has run out, and I see he has a "my space account".

And, why was this guy's description printed? I didn't get that. Nothing in the article said police are looking for him and asking the public's help in finding him.

I just looked him up on the UDC website for sex offenders and he's 'not all that'. Must have been a forced act, as he isn't someone I would want to find myself alone with. Also, it lists his address as the County Jail.
