The Vista operating system is the best marketing ever done for the Mac. Microsoft is run by fools who have no concern for their customers. I'm shopping for a Mac this week. Microsoft is pushing us to Apple.

Sweet, Mac's market share will go from like 6% to 7%. THEY'RE TAKING OVER!!!
Could a Mac Disciple please provide the correct market share figure?

More like 4.6% recently.
I use Macs, XP and Vista for work and play. Mac Leopard is lovable, cute and fun with some truly great apps but still has many more compatability issues than any Microsoft product, XP always gets the job done and 64 bit Vista is for real computing and gaming. Buy the one that does what you want/need, get a machine that will actually run the OS and quit crying about who's best.

So far my laptop with Vista Operating System is working just fine with no problems. Could you ( Computer Experts) explained to me what are the bugs that I need to be aware of with Vista?

That's just it. There really are none. Vista is a fantastic OS compared to anything that went before it. The 64bit version is even better than the 32bit one that gets installed standard on most machines but, for the tech savvy who can make sure things install right that 0.01% of the time when they might not, it runs both old and new software better than any other.
Comparing the software issues I've had with bringing Vista online with those I've had with Mac Leopard is a joke. Vista wins hands down.

Vista doesn't work well on older machines. It needs a lot of memory, and most people don't want to spend so much just to upgrade the OS. We "upgraded" to Vista, and then went back to XP. It was slow on our machine, the security was unbelievably annoying, and it wasn't compatible with all the different elements of our computer.

lets hope vista dies out pretty soon so microsoft can come up with an excuse to get another OS out that way millions of vista users will get upset and hopefully switch to Mac and that way apple will rule the world!!!!hahahahaha
