If he is truly guilty throw the book at him.

He confessed.....to prevent going to trial and facing a greater penalty. Sane people don't plead guilty unless they are GUILTY.

I agree though, he deserves all that could possibly be handed to him in sentencing. I have met this man and I know the victims' family also. What he has done to them is not only disgusting, but it is unfathomable. Worst of all there is absolutely no remorse from him. A man of GOD? what God-my God doesn't allow for molesting a child and then hiding behind lies! Mr. Calin's obviously does.

If I could talk to Mr. Carlin I would say, you have rocked the faith of so many people by your actions and subsequently refusing to admit your guilty for 27 months. You now bear the responsibility for the fate of their souls when you stand in front of your maker. I hope you know this and I hope that you can't sleep at night because of what you have done. I hope that the people of St. George won't let you ever forget this and I hope justice is swift and sure.
