$5k is not an adequate remorse for this crime. It is a start. Now, the punk needs to serve some very serious jail or prison time. Also, I would not be at all surprised to learn that this person may have other unsolved or unreported crimes against children or women. It's time to do a more in depth background investigation to find out. Now, he should never be allowed to drive again or to own any types of guns, or knives larger that a 2 inch pocket knife. Hopefully, he will meet a "cow" boy in jail who finds him as awful a person as I and others find him!

The drunken bum who drags a cow to death behind his truck is one step away from doing to a person. How many dogs has he run over? Put him in prison.
