Dining Out is my first read Friday mornings. The story today was of great interest to our family; well written, marvelous subject matter, good read. I truly enjoy Stacey's column writing and personal e-mails.

with all the obesity in the us in general and especially in utah, it seems a column about healthy, tasty and (in this inflationary time) inexpensive eating would be a more appropriate than food porn. we've all seen supersizeme; give us some alternatives.

Anonymous sounds completely 'puckered' - how uptight can you be? The occasional reference to indulgent food is appreciated. Dining Out is a highlight for a foodie like myself, looking for something new and different. Sometimes it is good to 'let your hair down' (if you can say that in the food section) and tave a fun, funny column. I would hardly call this 'food porn' - though I'm sure you can find that elsewhere on the internet, my anonymous friend.
