Oh, great, more government intervention in the free market, with them getting into the bill collecting business and setting up all sorts of additional rules, standards, etc concerning health care and insurance.

Sen. Bennett's cavorting with liberal Democrats is troubling, as THEIR true objective is nationalized healthcare, so this must be an incremental step in that direction, even if Bennett does not think so.

Perhaps they should tackle the bigger problem, that reimbursement to medicare providers is so low that many are refusing to take new patients.

Not much point having this wonderful new government insurance program if none of the doctors will see you.

The BEST solution is to get government out of the healthcare business entirely.

If you think healthcare is bad or expensive now, just wait until it's free!
