Clearly defined boundaries are critical in every relationship. Good fences 'do' make good neighbors.

I really struggled to read through this one. Is he a pediatrician, or a counselor, or a religious leader, economist and philosopher?
I would be intersted to know if he has a fence around his house. If so, hmmm. If not, he passes that test.
Is he providing a secret opinion on immigration issues? And he only provides a few falacis of logic in this. I would suggest he go back to the drawing board with this, skip some of the hidden messages, open with a better explanation and have a go at it again. I normally enjoy his letters.

It takes everthing the fence and dog can offer to keep the neighbours' litter of kids out of the beer fridge in my garage. I don't care if good fences make good neighbours. It's the bad ones I need the fence for.

Many of us create emotional barriers to others that are as stout as any brick wall. This is why we have conflict in our homes and at work, across the sales counter or behind the wheel. When God talks about loving each other, he is trying to get us to tear down the walls.

Dr. Cramer, would you please share this knowledge about children, with the Texas CPS Goon Squad!
Thank You. :-)
Thank You. :-)

And I'm thrilled to see someone finally interpret Robert Frost's poem correctly!
