I saw one time in the anarchist cookbook, banned in America and also The Poor Man's James Bond Book, where one can buy the castor bean mixture. it's legal to own, however, it's illegal to use on someone. As in the anthrax scare that forced the downtown Salt Lake offices of the FBI to evacuate for almost three hours. Let's hope and pray, they catch this jerk fast. Hope no one breathed it in as well. That's what is called "The legionnaire illness" if they coughed a whiff of it also. It's VERY dangerous. I hope whoever sent it gets life in Prison, or, the gas chamber.
