Man busted on stalking, porn charges in Riverdale
RIVERDALE — Police have arrested a man accused of mailing sexually explicit pictures and letters to a teenager.
Police arrested Thomas M. Thackeray, 61, on investigation of seven counts of second-degree felony dealing harmful materials to a minor and stalking, a third-degree felony.
"Thomas Thackeray is accused of mailing pictures and letters to a minor that portrayed pornographic images and text," Riverdale police said in a statement Monday. "The materials delivered were copied pictures and typed accounts of sexual acts. These letters were mailed and delivered to the residence of a minor."
Thackeray remain in the Weber County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.
