Ski/snowboard registration offered
PARK CITY — Residents in this resort town can take steps to help prevent their skis, snowboards and bicycles from being stolen.
The Park City Police Department is offering its annual ski/snowboard registration on Oct. 11, 18 and 25 between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Residents can obtain a serial number sticker for their equipment, which may help police track it down should it be reported stolen.
Police officers will also conduct registrations at local ski resorts during the winter. Registration can also be done at parkcity.org.
