Ann Arbor hospitable
What's up in Ann Arbor, Mich.? Utah fans were met with choruses of "Welcome to Ann Arbor," "Welcome to the Big House" and "Glad you came." Even after the Utes beat the home team, the courtesies were being extended to those of us in red. The welcomes came from everyday fans, concessionaires and even the stadium announcer. Somewhere along the way, the Michigan program and fans have determined that cheerfully welcoming opposing fans is not only good sportsmanship but good community public relations.
Thanks, Ann Arbor, for the great hospitality. And thanks, Utes, for a great victory.
