Murray mayor embarrassing

As a former resident of Murray, I was looking forward to watching David Archuleta's hometown visit on "American Idol." I was hoping that it would give Americans the opportunity to see that Utahns are normal people and not the strange polygamist-looking group we are usually thought to be.

Everything was looking good until Mayor Dan Snarr entered the picture with that ridiculous mustache. What an embarrassment. Any good that was done by showing The Gateway shopping center, beautiful Murray High or the screaming fans was completely undone by his tacky, unprofessional clothing and handlebar mustache. Thanks for sending America the complete wrong impression of our beautiful state and culture, Mayor Snarr.
