2 elementary schools awarded $7K in grants

Two Salt Lake-area schools have been selected to receive grants totaling more than $7,000 from the 100% for Kids Credit Union Education Foundation.

Nibley Park Elementary School, 2785 S. 800 East, which is becoming a K-8 school, will receive $4,970 to build a science lab.

Grant Elementary School, 662 Bulldog Circle, Murray, will receive $2,440 for technology to promote reading fluency.
